they should treat the classified materials like they do with child porn evidence. only select few are allowed to enter the secure facility to review

Used to be a guy busted and knowing they'll be locked up for many years would go to trial no matter how dead to rights they got him.
all those images are evidence. a prisoner was allowed to have their case files with them so they can persue appeals but really it meant prisons had libraries of kiddie porn.
