it's on CBS News's sports news page, msnbc's sports page, and I'm not going to look any more.

the thought that ESPN would stay quiet on a sports-figure story when it's all over the place is something. they don't have to go for splashy, just do something like CBS did: Roethlisberger Listed As Defendant In Nev. Lawsuit

it's public info. about a public figure, it's not just gossip.

sometimes i am ambivalent about these kinds of stories being out there, but so much depends on how they're presented.
