Those I don’t really blame on them. They got inundated with bs claims. They should be auditing every one.

Yep. The IRS set a dollar threshold a ways back and any claim over that amount is automatically sent for further review. -- nm

well a lot of them are the safe harbor claims for loss of revenue, so not hard to prove for clients.
