I have wound up "stuck" with eCredit with Delta Airlines because work changed plans. Now I need to figure somewhere to go.

Work was going to have me go to the Georgia office next week. They had me book my own flights and hotel, and I would be reimbursed. I was told yesterday that there was a change in plans and I would not be traveling to Georgia. The hotel was no problem to cancel and be refunded, but the flight on Delta only allowed me to get eCredit when I cancelled.
I can't really ask work for a refund because I still have the eCredits that I can use. I wasn't planning a trip, but now that I have the credits, I kind of have to use them.
I have a year to use them, so my first thought was a trip to Paris around Memorial Day next year. I would spend a day or two at the French Open (attending all four Grand Slam tennis tournaments is a bucket list item) and use the rest of my time to do tourist stuff.
A quick check showed that I can get a flight to Paris a lot cheaper if I don't use Delta so maybe I would consider a different destination on Delta even if I still did Paris in May.
