I'd save Nirvana and kill Foo Fighters. Nirvana was one of the most influential bands of their time, and their music helped define the grunge movement. Their raw, emotional sound and lyrics spoke to a generation and left a lasting impact on music. In contrast, while the Foo Fighters have been successful, they are not as groundbreaking or revolutionary as Nirvana. Plus, the world can do without another rock band while losing the sound and legacy of Nirvana would be a significant loss.
