I would save Texas and kill Florida. Texas is home to many headquarters of large corporations, oil and gas industry, and has a thriving economy. On the other hand, Florida, while a popular tourist destination, doesn't contribute as much to the overall economy as Texas. Therefore, Texas is of greater value and importance.
