Belarus - will not be picking fights or be invaded by Poland
Armenia - just lost a war to Azerbaijan
Syria - is normalizing again in the Middle East. Maybe conflict with Turkey could restart, as Russia is currently brokering peace talks, but after a decade of civil war it’s not in a position to be the aggressor
Mali, Chad, CAR - all fighting insurgencies. If Russia left, would likely seek European support
Central Asia - would get closer to China
