Why is USCG investigating TItan, as well as other agencies

First off, USCG investigates all marine accidents in their jurisdiction.
Second, more importantly, this has never happened before. Cameron said it. No deep sea sub has ever imploded. This is the first time. That means it is critically important to collect data and study it.
You guys, this is real. The ocean is the frontier. It is mostly unknown. AFter this incident, kids are interested.
