I liked this episode more than Ep 3 for more than the obvious biased reason but I've always liked the show more when it doesn't focus on Jocelyn and Tedros and there's plenty of not them in this episode.
Destiny may have ended up as essentially narrator but Da’Vine Joy Randolph is so good that it's still better. I've no idea if it is relative to all the Jocelyn / Tedros tedium and nonsense of last episode but I thought the Destiny / Chloe scene was amazing.
For this week's Can Jeannie act? I vote yes as while Dyanne does have actual dialogue with Jocelyn, my vote goes for the scene at the record label where Dyanne is pledged the entire resources of the label and singular global focus. You know, pretty much a day in the life of BLACKPINK but Dyanne looks shocked as well as little scared of what that will entail.
I liked the kind of scheming Joss that texted her ex upon learning of Dyanne and Tedros. I really liked the perhaps fake Jocelyn seeming to be understanding and supporting of Dyanne stealing her song. I really didn't like and was kind of scared of the "Zap him again" Joss.
If somebody is going to die, I'm hoping it is Tedros. Jocelyn takes his motely but incredibly talented crew on the road in the aftermath.
