This case and it’s precedents look like the Charlie Day thread meme.

I think it’s bad that you can sue in a place just where the company is registered which is a low bar to clear iirc.
It’s like legal shopping to a big degree…
Not where the act happened, nor where the company is located…but just where they’ve had to register?
But I dunno. It’s Rorschach, you can find whatever answer you want in it based on that jumble of personnel.
