Yes, but not immediately. Only a couple Supercharger locations have been opened to other brands. 2 in NY, 1 in CA, IIRC. -- nm

Your car will stay a CCS port car, so you *may* need to get a CCS to NACS adapter to use the Superchargers unless

From what I understand, there's no go solution for non Tesla-ported cars to use Tesla chargers right now. -- nm

The Magic Dock and the Tesla App are a start, but the issue is that each brand of car can have wildly different specs
