took a fucking bath for about a year and a half. here, airbnb is about location. you can live anywhere and drive to where you're going, but if you're renting an airbnb, you want to be walking distance from the stadium/campus.
erika wound up selling for maybe $60k less than she would have had she timed it right, and probably lost half that again in carrying costs.
