I don't know if they need more hotels but you couldn't get any closer to the museums, since there are few residential buildings there.

It just seems like a suitable place for both hotels and the people looking to visit, especially if the hotel offers price efficiency.
Disruption only works to create a wealth gap and enrich the already rich along with their VCs who can afford to exit with a profit before the gig workers can. At least that's my world view. My only reference point is streamers/individuals, and it's not much different there - they're all stressed out trying to navigate 'the algorithm' and most only really succeed when they turn their followers into retail buyers of their spinoff products.
