His judicial appointments. All of them.

I'm defining "worst" as a combination of "most egregious" and "longest lasting." Kind of like the Torino Hazard Scale.
With lifetime appointments, most of these judges will be on the bench for at least 40 years. Probably longer, given advances in aging medicine. Maybe decades longer. How'd you like to see Judge Cannon on the bench until she reaches the age of 110?
