There was the start of NHL free agency, NBA free agency, a wrestling PPV, a live two-hour wrestling event on TBS, and a bunch of baseball. So, lots of sports enthusiasts found Twitter unusable.

If the same thing had happened with the Russia stuff last week, it would have been chaos.

Nobody expects these changes to last but if they do, people will leave Twitter for something without the limits.
