Or....baseball is streaky. Our issue the last 2-3 years hasn't been lack of hitting talent. It's we lack pitching depth and 1 monster hitter.

Austin Hays is solid, Mullins was a 30/30 guy, Santander was solid, Rutcschman is solid, Gunnar looks solid...
we have 8 guys with OPS+ of 120 or higher. That's a deep lineup but there isn't the Judge or Ohtani or Trout that is a 45homer threat.
