the other three are roster spots I'd give to people coming up from Coachella Valley: Shane Wright, Tye Kartye, Ryker Evans.
The only significant signing they have done is Ryan Dumoulin from the Penguins. I don't know much about him other than he was part of Pittsburgh's top D-Line and had a decent offensive season last year.
