He always looks like he's waiting for you to get past the chit chat so he can spring a big surprise on you. In bed. And not something sexy.

And it's not necessarily terrible, but it's probably either "I have an idea for a stunt" "ooh" "for me, to entertain you." "Oh." or scientology.
I'd agree with the "handsome, charismatic, but no chemistry" vibe. Aloof in an intellectual way that probably reveals some unconscious contempt of everyone else no matter how cordial he is.
Also I don't know how anyone would say Dwayne Johnson is sexy.
