They're non-exclusive licenses, which means they're available on Netflix and Max. This is probably the model moving forward for non-tentpoles.

In other words, I doubt you'll see Star Wars, Marvel, or Game of Thrones on a competing service. Stuff that isn't as new or brand-defining is fair game.
