matter as much for you.

I also don't have garbage pails outside. I have to keep my garbage in my hallway until garbage day. My landlord own the restaurant on the ground floor and doesn't want the pails outside the windows of the restaurant so we don't have any. It sucks but the rent is cheap. :-)
