Yeah, we have a garbage room. I chat with the guy who puts it out sometimes. Building got ticketed not long ago for putting it out before 8pm. -- (edited)

We have a garbage chute on each floor that goes to the garbage room. That's for garbage only though. We have to to walk down to the garbage room to place our recycling there (no chute for that).

Apparently most people in the building just put their trash and recycling all in the same bag down the chute and the guy has to separate it all :(
