I have no idea how my glucose levels aren't higher as I live on candy. I don't drink any soda but I had jelly beans for dinner last week.

        No doubt that stopping drinking will shed weight. That's a lot of calories you're drinking. For me, I lost a bunch of weight when I quit soda. - Krusty Jul 6, 08:16
