So far I've expanded the arcade once and added 2 games.
You have to earn more money to buy more arcade games - so that's where the grinding comes along.

To earn you empty the arcade quarter hoppers, clean up trash, put laundry in the wash/dryer, etc.

But the arcade in the back room has some "in-game" games that playable and are honestly stupidly fun.

The Pac-Man mod car game has a neat riff that when the cops (ghosts) chase you and if they catch you, instead of dying, you have to run from the cops to try and make it back to a re-spawned car - it's a cool play on the pac-man type game.

Responses:
