i wouldn't want to hang my strongly-worded letter on those former Twitter employees having left under circumstances that bind them to any exit agmts

like Elon almost certainly violated California labor laws in the way they were terminated, probably stiffed them on compensation due, made them sign unenforceable non-competes or non-disclosures
and Facebook can probably bleed Musk dry in legal fees if he really wants to get litigious about it
