It actually is just about every two hours. Very annoying. I guess "old" should be one of the considerations.

Though at only 46 I assume it will only get worse.

Have you tried melatonin? Helps me get to sleep at night but I think it also has a positive effect on the urge to pee -- (edited) - oblique Jul 7, 06:38 2
