I suggest just waiting a week or so for your body to flush out everything and to adjust to your new lifestyle.

You'll likely need to make some small adjustments like not drinking much within an hour of your bed time and making sure to go before heading to bed.
You've made a big change and it's going to take some time for your body to adjust as it flushes things out and gets more of the good stuff like water.
