From what I read he not only weaponized the therapy talking points, he found a way to weaponize the therapist.

It sounded like he found a therapist that took his side and convinced her to wear a wet suit when competing. He also told her that if a male surfer paddled up to her in the water and spoke to her to tell him she was going to speak to her boyfriend and paddle away. The therapist is supposed to be neutral in couple's therapy, that wasn't neutral.
