Agreed. Interestingly for me, it has given a name to something that I've felt personally because my daughter is studying psychology at school

she will often enter discussions with us (I wouldn't characterize them as arguments in a negative sense but certainly where we are on opposing viewpoints) with a lot of "therapy speak" which has put me on the defensive nearly every time it happens. I didn't really have a reason why I felt this way or a way to articulate it to her to have her understand how it feels
