All of my data is stored local. I do have Plex pass which I paid for but I wouldn't consider it a cloud account. Plex does need internet usually to

work but there are work arounds for that so that you can watch stuff without it phoning home to verify your account level. Plex Pass ads a few features that Plex wants to verify usually.
