I was considering air-to-air, to determine whether it would be useful for a certain tech. (Cold suits. Sounds like no.)

Next candidate: Peltier coolers. Sounds like they can operate at a higher temperature. Next step is to determine how much solar square footage would be required to run a sufficient peltier cooler to counteract wet bulb issues.
