Oh, I'm certainly not saying that's what should happen. I'm saying it won't happen because it would require a massive change in culture.

And it's not about being more militaristic and paranoid but to get people more interested in joining the military and supporting a more robust defense industry. I'm not saying that's a good idea but it's what would need to happen, IMO, for Canada to ramp up its military.
