As a user of those services (Facebook, Twitter, etc) you don't have any rights under GDPR. If those companies fulfilled a GDPR request for you it was only because they've decided to just do it for everyone regardless of their citizenship.
As a provider of a service (a data controller) for people who are protected under GDPR, you are subject to those regulations. So it's good that you're thinking about this, though realistically the number of European users on ST is small enough that your exposure is limited.
