IIRC the health code does say an establishment has to provide an appropriate temperature which topped out at 80' had an argument with place...

we took our stuff outside to eat on a bench under a tree in open air shopping mall, the manager was angry with me and threatened to call the cops for stealing the plate n forks.
I suggested that I'd request the place shut down for the day
