You're not wrong though. The $500 Xbox Series X will play the game just fine vs. my $1200+ computer

I just actually need the computer for other stuff (mine is currently 9-ish years old)

The developers also can't account for every program PC gamers use to muck up their systems, so console is far more reliable. -- nm
