What is Neon Green Relish?
We hold our condiments to the same high standards as our meat products. And those of you who are fans of Vienna Beef Hot Dogs, Sausages, and Deli Meat know that that is saying a lot! That’s why we only use the finest ingredients when creating our Neon Green Relish.
Our Neon Green Relish is made with garden-fresh cucumbers. Using a special recipe, this Relish has a sweet, tangy taste and that signature neon color that Chicagoans have come to know and love.
What Makes it Blue?
The key to making our Relish so vibrant has nothing to do with radioactive substances… all it is is a little blue food coloring! The addition of the blue food coloring has no impact on the overall taste of the relish, but every Chicago Style hot dog-lover knows that it’s all part of the experience!
