My multi-point plan to fix climate change

1. Tax the rich significantly, and globally
2. Ban overseas shipments of fuel and oil
3. Ban industrial greenhouse emissions (and other pollution, too, while we're at it)
4. Eliminate subsidies that encourage greenhouse emissions
5. Universal basic income & healthcare
6. Solarpunk the planet (which does NOT mean cover the planet in solar panels)
7. Invest in sequestration technologies that actually sequester, rather than just temporarily set aside captured carbon
8. Replace as much plastic usage as feasible with compostable alternatives

And if we do all that, maybe we'll be able to keep the looming temperature increase to 2C/4F. Maybe.
