I'm sorry David, but it's not accurate to say there's no lingering pandemic effect on 2023 box office. The entire paradigm was reset. -- nm

I have not been back to the theater since pre-COVID. I used to go weekly. A small fraction is lingering anxiety, but most I know I can wait.

I'd buy this more now than Covid itself. If I can get any Disney movie in 3-4 months, why bother seeing in the theater unless it's an "event" -- nm
