Work has decided to switch our phone stuff to a VOIP service so we get calls through the laptop. Oh, and we aren't allowed to connect a bluetooth

device. So essentially every is using speaker phone until they distribute plug in headsets at an unknown future time.
Let me tell you well this is going so far today between installs not working, connection, issues, etc.
