You mean tell customers there's nothing wrong with their vehicles? Yes. There's nothing wrong with the range estimates (approved by the EPA, remember)

In all my travels with my 3, I've found the range estimates and the graphs used to show usage to be accurate enough to inform my charging stop decision. Even in cold weather.
This is like people calling up Ford because their mpg sucks and failing to take into account they've driven like a maniac or it was bitterly cold out. Ford would rightly say "not a problem with the car."
It's a PEBSWAS error: Problem exists between steering wheel and seat.
Suddenly new EV owners can track efficiency through an easy to see range estimate and they don't like that how they drive has a visible effect on that estimate.
