but if you donate to athletics, athletics gets it all.

I completely agree with you that there should be transfer back to mission (esp if athletics can afford $700 mill cap improvement) but it'll never happen.

I so wish penn state had open books so everyone could see how deeply fucked up its finances are. there are so many examples of cutting off its nose to spite its face.
