He's upset he had to take down his social media posts promoting season 2 of Heels.

It's his passion project that he's also a producer on. He used all the clout he had from Arrow to get the show made. Second season apparently premiered this weekend. He made some posts on social media with pictures that included billboards for the show. He was probably told to remove them as the posts have been deleted. So he's now complaining about it.
TLDR: scabily promotes show, presumably gets called out, proceeds to anti-promote show and self.
