the fact that Smith didn’t charge any of the co-conspirators (yet) and brought this one in DC indicates to me it’s the one he wants to rocket docket

long before the election. MAL docs case is probably more of a slam dunk in terms of proving but feels more like his Plan B case now than the lead case even though it was filed first
