STIS: What dish should I prepare and bring to a potluck memorial on Saturday?
|
It's a "celebration of life" at a lakeside picnic shelter, and it's going to be damn hot that day.
I get so worried about bringing "the wrong dish" to these types of events especially and my brain is in decision-lock.

beer cheese is great - you can do a big crock pot of it, then bring it in the crock... as it cools, still good. get a big bag of hard pretzels.
