South Africa who I fell in love with while watching their first match against Sweden. They played tough and got a goal just before half time. Gave up a goal early in the second half and then gave up the game winner right at the end of regulation time 8(
Ok...so 'we' gotta work on holding a lead.
Match 2 vs Argentina. Up 1-0 at 30 minutes, score relatively shortly after the half 2-0 and then Argentina scored two goals all but back to back at 75 and 79. 8-|
At least 'we' didn't give up the go ahead goal?
Last group stage match vs Italy
Give up a penalty at 11 minutes?!? down 1-0
Score at 30 minutes or so, well, technically an Italy OG but still 1-1
Score in the second to go ahead! 2-1
Get scored against in the 75th or so and now equal 2-2
Score in added time!! 3-2 Winner
They're so gonna break my heart, perhaps in first knock out game
Japan is just badass. Especially on the counter
Jamaica's Reggae Girlz. The national team was disbanded in 2008 and then restarted in 2014. The current WC team had to crowdfund their expenses to New Zealand / Australia and all they've done is advance and knock out Brazil by playing Brazil (who had four goals prior in the group) to a 0-0 draw. Ok, they've only scored one goal in 3 matches but they've given up less. Well technically they haven't given up any
