They have good coverage. They just screwed me over before.

It was after my ex and I had split. We had a joint cell phone account. When we split we both went to the store and had her moved to her own plan. More than a year later I was going overseas and wanted to add international but Verizon wouldn't do it because I had an unpaid balance that was sent to collections.
Turns out somehow something had gotten messed up. There was a remaining balance on my ex's old account. But it didn't show up on my bill. And it didn't show up on her bill. No one called either of us, sent us bills, or anything. I was pissed and they refused to work with me about anything. So I just closed my account and moved to Google Fi.
