I don’t see them fixing things for him. His own justices are the ones most opposed to his / GOP election suits. They had a chance in

2020 and to a person, they turned down every entreaty. Like 7-2 was the closest iirc and that was Alito-Thomas and even Alito wasn’t on board all the time.
He went like 1&64 in court cases and the 1 was to allow his team to stand closer while the votes were counted for Biden.
