Yep. My ex-wife has/had it. I haven't heard from her recently, but she was complaining of long term issues including

fatigue, memory issues, and other problems. Scary stuff. And I'm pretty sure my dad's neighbor had it too and it messed her up bad. Listening to the symptoms if I would have thought she had cancer with the pains, weight loss, inability to gain weight, extreme fatigue, etc.
