I’m not important enough that it would really affect me, but they would in theory be able to take away or claw back incentive awards/RSUs, sue for damages, etc. -- (edited)

But yeah, I have to give 30 days notice now. Up to 90 days for managing directors. Apparently we’re “aligning with the industry” (a lot of groups in the company already were already subject to it, but they’re expanding it in the name of streamlining)
