I read it. I'll stand by my comments. A not-yet guilty man getting booted from the ballot is a huge bridge to cross.

I don't see it happening sans a conviction and even then, it's 50/50 in my mind. No one wants to galvanize his cult in opposition.

And it would be fucking lunacy for a heavy easy Democratic state to do it because 1) they might lose the case and justify his existence and 2) they just give free rein to the idiots elsewhere to do it for bullshit reasons like pmb says would happen.
