All, we just looked at Kelly's student loan page -- it's showing a negative value... we are assuming that she got the reduction for paying for X

We have no idea, but to be fair, i'm not sure the people in charge have one either.

you'll get it back eventually. it'll take a fair while, but it'll come back. 1) it's accounting. they can't just keep the money. the account has to go
